How I Do The Trick

My unique four step process ensures an efficient⁠—and fun!⁠—brand makeover experience.

Imagine if your brand not only looked amazing, but also spoke to your dream customers on a personal and even subconscious level. From on-point typography to colour psychology, I analyze all the things to deliver unforgettable visual identities that take your business to the next level.

 
MY PROCESS

Step 1: Booking & Discovery

Once you’ve officially booked your spot in my calendar (including signing your contract and sending your deposit), I’ll add you to my client portal so you’ll be a part of the journey from start to finish.

You’ll upload key information about your business, creative inspo, and all the little bits and bobs relevant to the project including invoices, checklists, anything at all to help me get the ball rolling on the brand transformation process. The portal is also where you’ll upload your completed questionnaire to help me get to know you and your business better.

Step 2: Research & Strategize

I’ll give you access to my top secret Pinterest board so you can pin pics to help me nail the perfect vibe for your brand. We’ll define the strategy and visual direction for your project and explore the core of your biz, including your values, mission, vision, brand voice, target audience, competitors, etc. I’ll use this knowledge to begin working on your mood boards.

And of course I’ll do my own research to see what else is out there, what other brands in your space are doing right and wrong, and how I can make your brand stand out.

Step 3: Ideate & Create

Ahhh … this is where my creative juices really start flowing! I’ll use the knowledge I gained from your questionnaire (your values, mission, target audience, etc) and combine it with my own insight to form the core foundation of your new brand identity. I’ll also use your pins as a jumping off point to fashion a pitch-perfect mood board that captures the heart and soul of your brand.

Once you approve the mood board I’ll move on to the brand designing phase (my happy place) and develop a minimum of two eye-popping concepts for you to choose from.

Step 4: Refine & Launch

This one’s probably your happy place. Once you choose your new brand concept, I’ll make any adjustments and modifications as needed according to your feedback.

The final assets will be sent to you in a variety of colour combinations. I provide you with as many variations as possible so you can use your assets in any context you can possibly imagine (social media, merchandise, prints, and more!).
